Large Pieces
In large wool pieces, weft twining is used in bands on a warp-faced surface. Rugs sometimes have a few rows of twining on the ends to strengthen them. Tent dividers may have bands of twining on the portions which show outside the tent. Storage and saddle bags are likewise decorated, providing a variety of space divisions. Occasionally, a whole piece, such as a rug, will be twined.
